Altering projects...

I have really been into Bottle Caps lately...

I got a brilliant idea of creating these fun hats not only to block the sun from my friend's and daughter's eyes, but what better way to promote my company and the creativity it can inspire right?

Rio's hat, using the Oval Portrait stamp

Dawn's hat using Lavinia Portrait stamp

My hat using Witch Betty stamp

Hats can be found here, and Bottle caps here.

Happy Valentine's Day and Simply Challenged #2

I hope you are all spending it with your sweetheart/the love of your life, and those you love the most!

I will be spending my day with my kiddos which happen to be the reason for my existence, and the evening with the love of my life... my husband!

I made this bucket for him.  Filled it with chocolates his absolute favorites and added a Cute Betty so he remembers me all day long at work!  Hee hee see how I work!

Today at SBS is also our second challenge of the year over at Simply Betty Stamps blog... Spritz, Spray, Mask, or Paint it!  All we had to do was one, two or all of the above on our project.  I chose to Mask my Valentine Betty and Spritz the image with Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist in Raven and Cosmos, of course unfortunately I covered up the bottom part of my Spritzed image and so you can't see the pretty pink.

I loved how it turned out... cute yet a little grunge metal!  I am very into those awesome Bottle Caps lately! Well, time for me to finish three more buckets for my kids and their teachers!

(four hours later) I finished the rest I wanted to make...

Here they are:

For Christian

For Steven (Christian's Best Bud)

For Rio

And for Christian's teacher Julie

Don't you all worry, I did not forget Jude, he gets a little something different than candy.  He gets a day at Disneyland with Mommy and daddy!  He doesn't need the candy, he's hyper enough!  LOL

Hope you all have a wonderfully romantic and loving Valentine's Day!

14...and Birthday Princess Rio Preview!

Wow my Rio is 14 years old!  Seems like it went by in a blink of an eye!

Welcome to your Birthday Blog Hop Toots!
Happy Birthday my sweet little lady!  You are the best part of me.  You are always there for me and comfort me during some of my most stressful times!

I wish you only the very best Rio!  I love you more than you will ever know!
As you grow closer to becoming an adult I feel sad, excited, happy and proud.  Whatever the future holds for you, I know you will make it the very best future for yourself.  You are so bright, wacky, and pure joy to be around.  I know you will be successful in life whatever you chose to become!

Happy Birthday my reason for living!
I of course took this picture a week ahead of your Birthday, yes I had the layout planned, as the image was already colored.  I love your Birthday present choice, it makes me realize that you are still a kid at heart and that is pretty amazing!  You are one ROcKin' little girl!  Well, little in my eyes!

Love Mommy!

Here is a close up today's image... yep I planned it so that we would release Birthday Princess Rio, on Rio's actual birthday!  Yay!  Isn't she the cutest?  The stamp is pretty darn cute too huh?  Tee hee

Don't forget to check out the rest of the DT gals' awesome creations for this new image, as this is a Blog hop after all!  You probably made your way over here from Barbara's blog, our next stop on the hop is Cyndi!  In case you have lost your way or are wondering what the heck is going on with the previews check out all the information at the beginning... the SBS blog!

9 months!

Sadly no, I am not pregnant!  But in 9 months it will be HALLOWEEN!  YAY!!!

I have been watching The Munsters all day with my DD today, she has giggled non stop!  She had never seen the episodes and today thanks to Netflix we found the episodes on instant play!

So, since yesterday for my crop night I worked on Christmas and listened to Jewel... today we watched the Munsters and I worked on this past Halloween night pictures!

I used Pincone Press Halloween paper, and one from Prima... it is all at least three-two years old!  I really need to start plucking away at all my paper!  it's a ridiculous amount!  I hardly use it too since I am usually trying to move the papers I have in stock along with my stamps.  This weekend we have had tables, chairs, and ott lights set up in the living room.  Cricut, Slice, Spellbinders, and Sizzix in the kitchen.  Even the printer has been brought into the living room for journaling!  I have been scrapbooking!  Can you believe that!  I am so caught up in my next release (previews start Feb. 4th) that I have actually had prints ordered and started working on them instead of just throwing them in their photo boxes... YAY!!

Here are a few close up shots to show just a little bit of detail.

I love how the name tags turned out, just a little bit of twine, stamp from Inkadinkadoo, and a Raindrop from Cloud 9...wow does anyone remember
Cloud 9?!  LOL

Well hope you enjoyed that.  This canvas is ready for my Halloween wall, which I should try to remember to take a picture of and share it here!  Maybe tomorrow, too much crafty time since Friday has be worn out!  BUT!  the crafty fun still continues tomorrow, as I mentioned I have set it all up for the whole weekend!  I plan on getting some stuff done!  Have a great rest of your weekend bloggy friends!

Blog Hop Release!

Whoohoo!!!  Welcome to Jude and the Rockers Playtime release Hop!  You have probably come over from Alison's blog, and your next stop will be Cyndi's blog!  Did you all like what you saw so far these past five days?  I sure hope so!  Today we have the last image, and it happens to be my absolute favorite!

Beep, Beep Jude!

I know I went really simple with all these cards, but I really like simple for kiddies!  I made the set for a relative.  She's a teacher and likes to give out cards sometimes.  I thought this set would be kinda cool for her to have and just give out randomly.

I also have one of our newest Bettys... Scrapbooking Betty!  She will be released in rubber later this year with some more awesome Bettys!  Today if you purchase a full sheet she is yours as a digi free!  She will not be available for Digi purchase at all.

Ummm, I just wanna say that it is slightly askew cause my little guy wanted to help me craft this one.  He pasted the polka dot background down for me (when I wasn't looking) and well it was too late.  Ok? Ok!  LOL not my fault it is crocked!

Well I won't keep you too long, there is much to see from the awesome-ests DT gals!  Here is the complete list in case you stumbled upon here just for fun!

Starts at SBS blog
  Alison!
Ends at SBS again!
